i have too many eggs
hello friends, so my shopping list for mealime 4 the next 2 weeks specified 18 eggs, so i figured i would buy 30 and hard boil the rest bc i love me some hard boiled eggs as a grab and go food.
except in my attempt to obtain higher quality eggs i accidentally bought 60 of them instead
i have enough extra of the ingredients for the frittata imma make to make it twice, so i can do that, but that still only eats up, like, MAYBE 40 eggs total.
pls help either in the form of taking eggs from me, really good jokes about the number of eggs i have, and ideas 4 what to do with all these eggs.
if it helps (???) i HAVE got some other stuff to work with: rice, canned chicken, wide egg noodles, frozen precooked chicken, 1/2lb of salmon, and like corn starch and i think almond meal? also like milk, butter, seasonings, oil etc.

True stories from Spanish class:
My one teacher who was this uptight dude who if I had to describe him, he had the face and personality of someone angry that their car’s not moving but totally unaware that they’re in park.
Anyway. He was an awful teacher who spent more time being annoyed that he was a teacher than actually teaching us, and we only had so many Spanish teachers so I had him AGAIN the next year for Spanish 3, and it’s almost entirely the same class, and he’s talking about subjunctive which we hadn’t learned, and so we tell him that, and he rolls his eyes like, “You should have learned that in Spanish 2.” And some brave soul went, “YOU WERE OUR TEACHER FOR SPANISH 2!”
